Quick response time and personal touch.

High quality personalized care my ass. Like many others on here - my experience started great but has gone downhill recently. I have TWICE been without my asthma meds and unable to breathe. Their patient portal is completely useless and they never get back to you. If you use their pharmacy that ships you meds - you will get no warning they just won't show up and you won't have them. It's completely unprofessional and actually f*cked. Save yourself. Find another option. (I've transferred my stuff to plush care and they're quick easy and you get to chat with actual humans.

I have been using Hello Alpha for the past year, and recently in early January I submitted my normal mental health visit and waited for the results, which came in the next day.


I was then asked if I needed a refill for my medication, and I said yes. Days went by and I was passed on from one member to another and then I was sent a link to complete a weight loss visit... I'm sorry, I'm paying for mental health!

Thursday, 1/26 I submitted another follow up after no feedback from the team in the afternoon and Friday, 1/27 rolled around and no follow up. I sent a message back this evening on 1/27 and finally someone responded and they kept diverting to weight loss which is not part of my plan.

If you cannot figure out to respond in a timely manner to patients regarding mental health and medication, and have no really human connection with your customers then you don't deserve to be in business. This was the worst experience ever!!!!!!!

My initial experience was great and my provider got to me right away, answered any questions quickly, and had my medication sent to my pharmacy right away. However if you need a prior authorization for a medication or need them to send a response to your pharmacy then I don’t recommend using this company. I did all the legwork and got them exactly everything they needed to get a quick response over to the pharmacy which was very simple and straightforward but they tell you it can take up to 25 business days to send a response back which isn’t acceptable when they charge you monthly and you aren’t able to do the follow you are already going to pay for since you won’t have the medication yet. If they have issues with staffing and demand then they should stop taking on patients until they can fix the issue.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the amazing support I've received from all segments of Alpha Medical. I feel a genuine concern and support from all teams and doctors. Thank you for making me feel HEARD and supported throughout this process. I have had several recent experiences so I will just list the day I received my delivery below.

I have been trying to get my medications for the last month for my migranes and have gotten no assistance. Please pick another medical service. I have been with this company for three years and things were great until the last few months. I am not planning to file several complaints because of the lack of compassion and care showed by the providers and staff. They should not make patients suffer, because of they cannot organize the staffing levels or communicate with pharmacies. Very poor indeed!!

This is such an easy way to take care of your health. The app is easy to navigate and the people on the other end working with you are even better.

I like not having to make an appointment and sit and wait in a waiting room or patient room so long. I feel more free to say what I'm really feeling in the comfort of my home.

I have never had a more prompt provider! They are supportive and want to understand the full dynamic of your needs. I have actually added a service since joining Alpha and am considering a third! Highly recommend!

Compounded skin care arrived in a nearly empty bottle with a broken pump. Either a used bottle or one that was never properly filled or assembled.

Update: Reached out through patient portal as suggested, have a replacement coming. Will update.
